I seriously spend several days walking from store to store, trying to find the perfect paper and cover. But it's always something wrong; lines are all wrong, it's too big or too small, it has yellow papers ( I hate yellow paper) too little writing space or way too much of it. Never quite right.
After a week or so I found dated papers that were, if not perfect, then good enough. The cover was a lost cause, so I decided to make my own:
With the papers I got two pages of thin cardboard, so I found some black fabric-scraps (thinking now, I probably should have picked something that wasn't so fond of attracting dust), eyelets, some black paper to glue inside and bought some ringlets in the craftstore. Then I put them all together.
We all know I have an amazing pile of buttons in all shapes, sizes and colors, so they became decoration.
I love using black as basis, it goes with everything and brings out the combining colors more.
I mostly dress in black, but I love bright colors and often use them in accessories, it gives me a happy feeling.
Don't super glue your hands together.
Love,
~Katt
